You can exchange or return the product only within Ukraine!

If you don`t like the MustHave item for some reason, you can return or exchange it during 14 days from the date of purchase, but only in case the item has ready-for-sale condition and all accompanying elements (seals, labels). Otherwise, the item cannot be returned/exchanged.

Yes, you can. You can reserve five items in all MustHave stores and showrooms or MustHave online store for 2 days.

Besides, for the convenience of customers this service provides the opportunity to try on and reserve our clothes in one MustHave store and take it in another one during next 2 days (if there are suitable garments/sizes).
